Brainstorming Session Consultation before coaching (1 hour): Only Ksh 1,500

Business Development Coaching

You define your own agenda for each meeting session (minimum 3 month commitment 12 weeks program). This option gives you the benefit of having sessions that helps you:

• Get an on-going accountability partner to follow up with next steps.
• Add business expertise to your senior management team. Leverage your scheduled sessions to implement on your strategy.
• Have more confidence that you can get better financial and management results with your business.

Package: One week program cost Ksh 4,000 includes:

• One day salon visit session from 9.30am – 11.30 pm, once a week ( one on one)
• Emails communication with details program materials.
• 2 telephone calls sessions per week

You will receive coaching support to create your own written marketing plan at the end of 90 days. Over the course of four coaching sessions per month 3 hrs. each, you will walk thru the framework to analyse your goals, current clients, and business strengths/weaknesses to develop a feasible plan that your team can implement.
This option will help you:

• Stop wasting time and resources by shooting from the hip with your marketing efforts
• Make implementation easier because you have a written plan
• Get support as you finally put your ideas in your head down on paper
• Leverage templates and worksheets to get work done faster.

Coaching works best for motivated individuals that will follow through on the assignments to maximize results. You must be committed to do the work to get the most out of each coaching session. You also should be committed to take action and achieve a breakthrough.
